No Third Crossing

Whereas the proposed third crossing of the Cataraqui River would impose heavy financial, environmental, and social costs on our community for marginal benefits, we the undersigned residents of the greater Kingston area petition the Mayor and Council to close the file on this project.

This petition will be presented to City Council in the Spring of 2017 prior to the next vote on the third crossing.
